A senior quality manager has texted the head of Scotland’s biggest anti-rape charity saying he would ‘fuck her’ ‘just to get something on her’.
In a series of salacious messages, Brian McConnachie QC also sent a sexually explicit photo of himself from a toilet in a High Court building minutes after defending a rape defendant.
In WhatsApp messages to a woman, he also claimed to have had sex in various legal buildings, including courtrooms and the Crown Office, and at an official party for the highest ranking judicial officer. Scottish, the Lord Advocate.
In another post, he called a client a “c***liar” and was found guilty of breaching his duty of confidentiality.

Forensic officers were seen carrying out inquiries on a Scottish street amid an ongoing incident.
Officers are currently on duty at Montrose Road in Paisley.
Footage from the scene shows several police vehicles in the residential area.
A source said the CID also responded and was investigating.

New Scottish flight for Rangers fans traveling to Sevilla Europa League final

A Scottish travel agent has announced they are organizing a second charter flight to Rangers’ Europa League final in Seville.
Following Gers’ semi-final success against RB Leipzig, Barrhead Travel assured fans of a charter flight to Seville and now the Scottish travel agency have told Glasgow Live that a second charter flight is now available.
Rangers secured their place in the Europa League final for the first time in 14 years after a 3-1 win over RB Leipzig, meaning they will face Eintracht Frankfurt in Spain on Wednesday May 18 in the final.
But travel is quickly becoming a problem with tens of thousands of Rangers fans set to descend on Sevilla.

Man arrested in connection with murder after alleged ‘brutal attack’ on Scottish woman

A man has been arrested after an alleged ‘brutal and sustained attack’ on a Scottish mother-of-two.
Aimee Jane Cannon was discovered with serious injuries at a property in Learmonth Crescent, West Calder just after 6.30pm on Saturday.
The mother-of-two was the victim of a “brutal and sustained attack”, according to Detective Superintendent Andrew Patrick.
Police have since confirmed that a 25-year-old woman has been arrested in connection with her death.
He added: “Our thoughts are very much with Aimee’s family and friends at this difficult time for them.
“We will have a continued police presence in the area as our investigation continues.

Scottish Navy officers caged after using MoD van to transport cannabis in £300,000 drugs operation

Two Scots Royal Marine Commandos caught transporting drugs have been caged for a total of nine years.
The pair were caught transporting their illegal cargo in Ministry of Defense vehicles in Glasgow two years ago.
Officers trapped Grant Broadfoot, 29, and Stuart Bryant, 31, during a £300,000 cannabis seizure at Mount Vernon in Glasgow on June 3, 2020.
Detectives also discovered that Broadfoot had used his position as an ammunition storekeeper at HM Naval Base Faslane to offer the sale of live ammunition to others.
The discovery was made while investigating the once top-secret Encrochat encrypted phone network used by criminals.
