It’s not uncommon for dance music and hip-hop to collide, as we recently saw with the release of Drake’s latest dance music album. Honestly it doesn’t matter. Audiotistic Bay Area returns with “the bay’s biggest sound and culture unit” at Shoreline Amphitheater with a mix of house music and hip-hop.
The festival will take place on July 9 and 10 in Mountain View, California at the Shoreline Amphitheater, which has been home to Audiotistic Bay Area for the past few years. Insomniac does not limit its events to major cities. They continue to host events in more local areas like Audiotistic for Bay Area residents.
Previous years have featured some of today’s biggest EDM and hip-hop artists like Tiesto, Playboi Carti, Juice Wrld, Kaskade, Lil Wayne, and more.
The festival has two stages, Frequency 1.1 and Frequency 2.2. With these two massive stages, there is a big line-up this year.
Day one will kick off with artists Chris Lake, Said The Sky, Svdden Death and Sidepiece, all of whom have been favorites on the festival stage. Schoolboy Q will also headline the first day, considered a “must-see” after their performance at Smokers Club Fest in April this year.
Day two and the festival’s conclusion will wrap up with the mighty Rezz, Dom Dolla, John Summit, Iann Dior, and more.
