AUSSIE rockers Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds have been announced to headline the Cala Mijas festival.
After playing the Primavera sound on June 4, they are now counting down the days for a musical bargain that is surely the finest lineup of musical acts to ever hit Andalucia.
The group often uses glitzy pyrotechnics and will surely be looking to wow the Andalusian crowd as much as they do in Catalonia.

They join electronic pioneers the Chemical Brothers and Kraftwerk, plus Sheffield big guns Arctic Monkeys, at the highly anticipated end-of-summer festival from September 1-3.
Mouthy Manc Liam Gallagher hits the headlines on Sundays, playing after experimental cool kid James Blake and Canadian synth supremo Caribou.
The festival said, “Every corner of the festival will surprise you. Come and enjoy the best party for the end of summer.”
Elsewhere, Andalucia Big Festival takes place on Sacaba Beach on September 8, 9 and 10 with artists including Rage Against the Machine, Muse, Stereophonics and Jamiroquai.
The Malaga festival will run alongside a new initiative called Andalucia Live, with a program of concerts taking place in the weeks leading up to the festival in different Andalusian provinces.
The festival is organized by the Junta de Andalucia and Mad Cool Festival, in collaboration with the town hall of Malaga.
