We will need all the help we can get to bring down the Seahawks. For some reason, they always play us hard.

Unfortunately our Vikings are facing some injury issues as we prepare for what appears to be a game to be won. According to the article, Minnesota has seven players on their injury report. Dalvin Cook did not participate in the training. Anthony Barr, Christian Darrisaw, Everson Griffen, Patrick Peterson, Eric Kendricks and Bashaud Breeland were all limited.

Obviously it would be amazing to bring Christian Darrisaw onto the pitch, but the team should be expected to wait until he is fully healthy before playing him. There also seems to be some optimism that Dalvin Cook will play:

I expect Peterson and Kendricks to be available. Nothing that I have seen suggests that they might run out at any time. Barr and Breeland, on the other hand, could reasonably miss this weekend’s game. Personally, I hope Cameron Dantzler has a chance to start week 3.

As the week progresses, we will have a clearer picture of who is coming in or going out. Don’t expect too much from Darrisaw, Barr or Breeland. From there, however, we should be in good health. Griffen’s addition will hopefully ignite the pass rush in front of Hunter.
